Pick your town first. Every Sam's Grill is run by the family that owns it, and each store uses the ordering platform that works in its own town — Koomi, Order.Online, Global Payments or ValleyEats. The buttons below open the right one for you. Pickup means the food is made after you order it, then handed to you at the counter. Ten to fifteen minutes is normal at a quiet hour and longer on a Friday night, because the patties were pressed by hand that morning and the fries were cut the same day. Nothing waits under a heat lamp. Delivery runs through couriers, and which couriers reach a town changes town by town. Some of our smaller towns are pickup only for now. If your town shows no delivery button, delivery has not reached it yet — and we would rather say so than take an order we cannot get to you hot. Prices sit on the ordering platform and on the board at the counter, where they stay current.
